ITINERARY

DAY 01: LIMA IN

Arrival in Lima, reception and transfer to the chosen hotel, rest. It is recommended to carry out additional tourist activities.

DAY 02: PARACAS | BALLESTAS ISLANDS - PARACAS NATIONAL RESERVE

Timely transfer to the bus station. 03: 45hrs Departure in Regular Bus to Paracas with Full Equipment. (4hrs Trip)

07: 30hrs Arrival in Paracas. Reception at the terminal and transfer to the port. 08: 00hrs You will leave for the Ballestas Islands in modern sliders where you can see the Candelabro, which is a large hieroglyph that serves as a beacon for sailors. This Candlestick is related to the lines and hieroglyphs of Nazca. The Ballestas Islands, are composed of rock formations where there is an important marine fauna with guana birds such as Guanay, Piquero and Zarcillo mainly. You can also see Peruvian penguins that are in danger of extinction. Similarly, on these islands you can see varieties of sea lions (fine wolves and wild wolves) and other mammals, serving as natural shelters. This entire visit will last approximately 2:00 hours.

DAY 03: AREQUIPA | CITY TOUR

Breakfast. Timely time, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Arequipa. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation and rest. 14: 00hrs Start the visit to the White City of Arequipa, visiting the Plaza de Armas, which presents a beautiful three-plated bronze fountain topped with the figure of a 16th century soldier. Here, you will appreciate the Cathedral and the Cloisters of the Society of Jesus. Then you will visit the Monastery of Santa Catalina, this was a center of absolute closure which remained closed for centuries to the public, today, harmoniously restored and open, allows you to appreciate what the city of Arequipa was in the 17th century, you will see its streets , gardens, cloisters, rustic stone laundries, sillar walls and its art gallery, then you will move to the beautiful and green countryside of Carmen Alto and the Mirador de Yanahuara where you will have a privileged view of the city and the volcanoes such as Misti , Pichupichu and Chachani. DAY 04: AREQUIPA | CHIVAY - CAÑON DEL COLCA

Breakfast. Pick up from the hotel and departure from Arequipa via Yura, passing through the slopes of Chachani, Pampa de Arrieros, Pampa Cañahuas National Reserve where you can see the slender vicuña, continue through Vizcachani, Pampas de Toccra where you can see a variety of birds, then border the crater of Chucura to reach Patapampa (4,800 masl) and Mirador de los Andes where you can see the volcanoes that surround the city of Arequipa. DAY 05: CANCA DEL COLCA - PUNO

Breakfast. Very early, you will go to the Cruz del Condor (41 km. From Chivay) where you can see one of the most spectacular places in the Canyon and you can almost always see the condors in masterful flights. You will appreciate the villages of Pinchollo, Maca, Yanque and the Miradores de Antahuilque and Choquetico. Return to Chivay, after lunch (on behalf of the passenger) you will depart to the city of Puno by the same route on the first day taking the detour in Patahuasi (from this place the road is completely paved to the city of Puno). On the way you can see different Andean landscapes, such as stone forests, huge lagoons with a variety of birds, small villages in the area, the towns of Imata, Santa Lucia and the city of Juliaca. After six hours of travel you will arrive in Puno.

DAY 06: PUNO | LAKE TITIKAKA - UROS FLOATING ISLAND - TAQUILE ISLAND

Breakfast. 07: 30hrs Transfer to the port of Puno, where the lake crossing will begin in a very fast boat, you will quickly arrive to the floating island of the Uros which are a set of floating islands formed from totora. They are inhabited by the Uros, settlers who descend from one of the oldest cultures in America. You will appreciate its peculiar lifestyle and its creations as elaboration of woolen fabrics and stuffed animals. Then, you will visit Taquile Island, you will also have a time for exploration and shopping in the community.

In the afternoon, return to Puno. Accommodation in Puno.

DAY 07: PUNO | CUSCO - RUTA DEL SOL

Breakfast. 7: 00hrs Departure by tourist bus to the city of Cusco, on this route you will visit some important attractions such as the Lithic Museum of Pukara, in this museum you will find the famous sculpture of HATUNÑAQAC that in our times would be translated as the supreme thickener. Then, you will visit the Raya Pass that is the border between the cities of Cusco and Puno, then make a stop to enjoy the delicious lunch. You will return to the bus to continue with the visit to the archaeological complex of Raqchi, also known as the temple of the God Wiracocha. DAY 08: CUSCO | CITY TOUR - 4 ARCHEOLOGICAL CENTERS

Arrival, Reception and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation and rest. 13: 30hrs We pick you up from the hotel to do the City Tour. You will visit the main square of Cusco. Most buildings retain the colonial style. Then, you will visit the temple of Qoricancha, the highest expression of Inca architecture, it is also currently the Convent of Santo Domingo. Then, you will visit the Cathedral, being the largest church in Cusco, characterized by its Renaissance and colonial style. Finally, you will visit the four ruins near Cusco which are: Sacsayhuaman, great fortress, famous for its huge carved stones, Qenqo, center of worship to the god Puma, place where human sacrifices were made. Puca Pucara, red fortress, due to the color of the stones, and Tambomachay, archeological site destined to the cult of water where the head of the Inca Empire rested. DAY 09: CUSCO | SACRED VALLEY

Breakfast. 08:30 am Pick up from the hotel to take the tour. You will continue with the journey along the Vilcanota River, until you reach Urubamba, where you will have an exquisite Buffet lunch. Then you will visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca villages, its streets maintain the same line as the Inca period and you will visit the wonderful archaeological complex located there, you will also visit the town of Chinchero, a small Inca and colonial town. DAY 10: CUSCO | MACCHU PICCHU

Breakfast. Timely time, transfer to the train station, which will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes.
